Google sign-in
We use Google account information to identify you and create your Bid Nimble session. Google sign-in does not give us your Google password. This sign-in flow requests basic identity information, including your email address and profile.
You can remove Bid Nimble access in your Google account settings. Removing access does not delete information already stored in Bid Nimble. Contact Ken to request deletion.
Storage and retention
We retain account and project information to provide the service. We retain contact requests to respond and manage follow-up. We may retain records when needed for billing, security, legal obligations, or disputes.
You can delete files and projects with the controls available in your organization. Contact Ken to request account deletion or removal of other information. Shared organization records may need to remain for other members. Copies may remain in backups until those backups expire.
Our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. We use access controls and private file storage to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and requests
Contact Ken to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You can also ask us to stop sales follow-up. We may need to verify your identity and your authority over organization data before acting on a request.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We will handle requests under applicable law. Contact your organization administrator about access to information that your organization manages.
